Playzo provides an interactive gamification and marketing platform that allows brands to create engaging games for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

2.3.2 Zoho SalesIQ (Live Chat & Visitor Tracking)

  • We use Zoho SalesIQ for customer support and visitor insights.

  • Chat transcripts & browsing behavior may be stored to improve service.

  • Data Retention: Chat records are stored for 12 months, then deleted.

3. How We Use Your Data

Since Playzo stores data on AWS India (Bengaluru, ap-south-1) and India does not have an EU adequacy decision, Playzo relies on the following safeguards for EU/EEA data transfers:

✅ Technical & Organizational Measures – Data encryption, access controls, and AWS security protocols.
✅ Additional Safeguards – Restricted data processing, purpose limitation, and regular security audits.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Account Data – Retained while your account is active + 30 days post-deletion.

  • Game Data – Retained until the client (brand) deletes it.

  • Payment Records – Retained for 7 years for compliance.

  • Chat Support Data – Retained for 24 months before deletion.

  • Usage Data – Deleted after 14 months.

6. Your GDPR Rights (For EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Notify affected users within 72 hours, as required under GDPR Article 33.

  • Provide details on the incident and steps taken to mitigate it.
