We use Zoho SalesIQ for customer support and visitor insights.
Chat transcripts & browsing behavior may be stored to improve service.
Data Retention: Chat records are stored for 12 months, then deleted.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
Account Data – Retained while your account is active + 30 days post-deletion.
Game Data – Retained until the client (brand) deletes it.
Payment Records – Retained for 7 years for compliance.

Usage Data – Deleted after 14 months.
